Weightlifting class is conducted every Friday night & Saturday morning. This class is designed to perfect members technique and increase their weightlifting ability.

Weight lifting classes run in a 10 week block and members are required to commit to the full period to ensure maximum results. This is an additional fee to your membership and you will be notified when a new block is starting, from there you will be able to register to join the next weight lifting intake.

Members are closely monitored during this class so coaches can assist them with technique and provide encouragement.
