From the first day I walk into 505 I notice how friendly everybody was. Total strangers came up to me and started talking it was so welcoming. The programming is fantastic, it makes you feel like training everyday. It doesn’t matter what level you are at or whether you have injuries, you just tell the coach and they will scale as needed . I look back now and think I should have done the swap earlier.

I can’t think of the right words to do 505 justice! It is such a great place to train – awesome coaches, good facilities and a fantastic community! I am so happy I made the decision to move to 505. I was so nervous to begin with to try a new gym but I was losing motivation at my old gym and decided to take the leap of faith! The change has been well worth it I have developed so much as a athlete in the last 5 months I can’t believe I didn’t make the move to 505 sooner!

Was very nervous to go to a new gym but absolutely love it, the community is great, the people are great and so are the coaches. Even better when your parents have noticed that this is the happiest they have seen you in a long time as they know crossfit was my passion since I first started.
