Daily WOD

Every day is a new workout. The workouts are programmed precisely to improve your overall fitness and Crossfit skills and can be scaled to suit ANY fitness level.

Weight Lifting

Weightlifting class is held every Friday night & Saturday morning. This class is designed to perfect members technique and increase their weightlifting ability.

Kids Fit

Kids Fit is a chance for the young ones to get in and get fit in a Crossfit environment. This program is closely monitored by our head coaches to ensure the kids are being safe while having fun.
