Every day is a new workout. The workouts are programmed precisely to improve your overall fitness and Crossfit skills and can be scaled to suit ANY fitness level.
‘WOD’ stands for workout of the day. This is the workout you will be completing during class.
At Crossfit 505 we ensure that our daily WOD’s are always varied to allow you to develop your skills in all elements of Crossfit and become a better athlete overall. Daily WOD’s often incorporate a strength component followed by a classic Crossfit style workout and we always conclude the class with a relaxing stretch.
We are super excited to introduce our CF505 Youth Program!
505 Youth is a fun way to get your child moving in various ways to improve their confidence, co-ordination, balance, agility, strength and fitness.
Classes will vary each lesson and involve a mix of play based games, weightlifting techniques, simple gymnastics, running, rowing, skipping, bodyweight exercises and more.
Our kids classes are designed for children aged 5-11 years of age.
STARTS: Wednesday 31st January
2 TIME SLOTS: 3.20pm or 4.05pm.
LENGTH: 6-week block, every Wednesday afternoon.
WHO: Kids of all abilities ages 5 - 11 years.
GOAL: Fun, fitness, friends, and learning to move well for strength and sport!
LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE.
Weightlifting class is conducted every Saturday morning for 10 Weeks, the next block is starting Saturday 10th February 2024. This class is designed to perfect members technique and increase their weightlifting ability.
Weight lifting classes run in a 10 week block and members are required to commit to the full period to ensure maximum results. This is an additional fee to your membership and you will be notified when a new block is starting, from there you will be able to register to join the next weight lifting intake.
Members are closely monitored during this class so coaches can assist them with technique and provide encouragement.
