Weightlifting class is conducted every Saturday morning for a 10 week block. This class is designed to perfect members technique and increase their weightlifting ability.
Weight lifting classes run in a 10 week block and members are required to commit to the full period to ensure maximum results. This is an additional fee to your membership and you will be notified when a new block is starting, from there you will be able to register to join the next weight lifting intake.
Members are closely monitored during this class so coaches can assist them with technique and provide encouragement. Weightlifting is open to non-members
What is the Open? Three weeks = one workout per week!
The Open is good for ALL levels from brand new members to Elite level athletes (that means YOU!). WODS are released Friday mornings 10am and submission to be done by 9am Tuesday mornings.
The divisions for the WODS, as prescribed, foundations, scaled, masters and teens. Whether you have been doing Crossfit for 7 years, 4 years, 6 months or 2 months it is a great way of getting involved within the community!!!!!!

We are hosting our 3rd annual Beginner's BASH in 2024. This is a competition for SCALED athletes. SCALED/BEGINNER means ANY of the following: ✅ Haven’t ever competed in a competition before ✅ Have only been partaking in CrossFit or Fitness training for 12 months (or less) ✅ Have been training for longer than 12 months, but are unable to complete MOST workouts at an RX level If you have the desire to compete, but don’t have RX loads and skills just yet, this is the competition for you!
Scaled movements including: Ring rows, Dumbbell movements 15/7kg, cleans, squats, burpees.
Join our second annual Anzac Day Event!
We are hosting a 6-Hero WODs in 6-hours, to raise money for “Survive to Thrive”.
If you would like to join us, you are more than welcome, this event is OPEN to all fitness levels and public.
We will have modifications and partner options for each workouts.
You can do 1 or all 6 WOD’s.
