Meet Evan

I have been a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and athletic performance coach for more than 10 years.

Over this time, some of my greatest accomplishments have been helping over 100 people in a 1 on 1 setting lose 7kgs or more each. I’ve also worked with 20+ clients to rehabilitate their movement so they can do things now that they thought they could no longer do! My passion is helping people, no matter what the goal; back rehab, lose weight, or compete at a high level.


Meet Laura

I have been a trainer and coach in the fitness industry for almost 15 years.

I especially like working with clients for sports performance; developing explosive speed and power to help them level up their performance in their chosen sport.

I also love working with clients to help them achieve their weight loss and/or muscle gain goals; providing support and accountability not only with their training, but nutrition also- it’s the foundation at the end of the day!

Due to an ACL injury I started training with Laura to gain strength and confidence for a National Touch Competition early in 2020. I wanted to be best prepared in my playing as well as in my mental preparation for competition.

Laura was able to help me get back on the field in social and competition levels with a mixture of sport specific and Crossfit training. Even now we continue to work to gain strength and cardio endurance for games. Nowadays every session has a mix of strength, gymnastics, sports specific drills and Laura always brings something new to the session to get my brain thinking and challenging the body.
