7:00am - Participant Registration & Warm Up
7:30am - CF505 LIFT OFF - Ladies first followed by Males
9:00am - Winner Announcement and Prize Presentation
9:30am - CF505 Fitness Challenge (Heats running every 15 mins)
11:00am - CF505 Fitness Challenge Lucky door prize announced
Clean & Jerk
7.30am with Females (20/30/40/45/50/55/60/65/70/75/80/85kg)
Followed by Men (30/40/50/60/70/80/90/100/110/120/130/140kg)
30 seconds to complete your lift, multiplate chances in your 30 seconds. Fail weight is completion of the event.

Standards: We will have judges who will be roaming around to check standards. You will be responsible for counting your own reps. You will be placed into a heat based on your selected level. Movements can not be swapped out for a different movement or any weight changes. Please speak our coaches if you have any concerns. As you finish ensure to note your time. This workout will be in Wodify and be an annual event.
